Individual Counselling
I offer once weekly sessions of 50 minutes for individuals. Sometimes you might want to explore your difficulties at a deeper level, in this case I will be able to offer twice weekly sessions at a discount to the single session rate.
Couples counselling
Couples sessions last 60 minutes.
